01Scope

This policy explains how Rayadurg Consulting (OPC) Private Limited (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit f30s.com or buy First 30 Seconds. We process personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

02What we collect

Details you give us at checkout: your name, email address and phone number.
Payment information: payment status, amount, date and Razorpay payment ID. We do not receive your full card, UPI or bank details.
Messages you send us: anything you write to us by email or phone, for example a support or refund request.
Basic usage data: standard technical information such as browser type, device and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider for security and performance.

The practice recordings you make during the course stay with you. We do not collect them unless you choose to send them to us.

03How we use it

To process your payment, deliver course access, send you important updates about your purchase, answer your questions, process refunds, keep records required by law, and improve the website. If we ever send marketing emails, every one will include a one-click unsubscribe.

04Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run the business, and only what they need: our payment gateway (Razorpay), the platform that hosts the course, our email provider, our website host (Cloudflare), and Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces on this site. We may also disclose data when required by law. We never sell or rent your personal data.

05Payments

Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay Software Private Limited on its secure, PCI-DSS compliant platform. Card, UPI and bank details you enter at checkout go directly to Razorpay and are governed by Razorpay’s own privacy policy.

06Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our host and the Razorpay checkout may set essential cookies needed for security and to complete your payment.

07How long we keep it

We keep your purchase and contact details for as long as you have access to the course, and transaction records for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. We delete or anonymise data we no longer need.

08Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct it, or erase it (subject to records we must keep by law), and you can withdraw consent to optional uses such as marketing emails. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

09Security

The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS, and we limit access to personal data to people who need it to support you. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
